Mobility for our employees is encouraged in many different ways. This includes our well-received Want A Change (WAC) programme, which is an internal programme that allows our employees to apply for cross-functional jobs and receive further training. This presents motivated individuals with the opportunity to improve their skillsets and advance their careers.

Ensuring diversity in our workforce is also a priority and we have many notable women at every level of our workforce. Aside from recruiting more women, we have also established a goal of increasing non-dominant nationalities by 10%, a metric that we review quarterly.

To keep our large workforce culturally aligned, we have “Amana” – our code of ethics that defines the service standards expected of Isnaad employees. 

The welfare, comfort and safety of our employees is essential. That’s why we created Manzeli (Arabic for “my home”) – a purpose-built staff accommodation that features a wide range of facilities catering to its residents. This facility not only provides a place for workers’ to rest but also enhances their quality of life through a variety of amenities.

The 120,000 square-metre space offers plenty of living space for 3,000+ employees. We developed the area over four phases. Manzeli includes extensive cooking and dining facilities for employees to prepare meals, Wi-Fi Facilities and a range of indoor and outdoor recreation options.

Moreover, employees are transported to and from accommodation buildings in air-conditioned buses with inbuilt televisions, providing them with an enjoyable and relaxing commute. 

To ensure that our facilities continue to meet our employees’ needs, we collect feedback on housing and transport yearly through an employee satisfaction survey and take action to improve the offering where needed.

We also have dedicated accommodation supervisors and camp inspectors who live on-premise, and are there to ensure the upkeep of the facility and to promote employee welfare.
